- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance their efficiency by proactively reaching out to existing and potential clients to schedule phone calls and video conferences.
- Prioritize and respond promptly to urgent calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective customers.
- Maintain meticulous sales records and contribute to monthly goal-setting discussions with senior management.
- Coordinate the development and distribution of presentations and support materials to empower the sales team in generating valuable leads.
- Research and qualify leads to ensure we focus our efforts on the most promising prospects.
- Accurately input orders, ensuring they align with customer specifications and overseeing on-time deliveries.
- Foster efficient cross-departmental collaboration to streamline sales, marketing, inquiries, and deliveries.
- Enhance the appeal of Naturepedic products and services to potential customers.
- Represent the company at sales-related tradeshows and travel as needed (minimal travel, approximately 10% or less).
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
- Prior experience as a sales coordinator or in administration is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 10% or less of job requirement).
